Set specific six-month support program for team and individuals to develop new communication skills, alter ineffective behaviors, and evolve a sustainable learning culture.
Results: Sales increased by 21% over an aggressive forecast while at the same time expenses were systematical reduced through identifying opportunities to eliminate waste and duplicative/redundant work.
